Delivery or pickup is scheduled based on order priority.

Online orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Pick-up time approx. 10* working days, by appointment only.
Delivery time of 15* working days for Canada.
Delivery time of up to 25* business days for the United States.

Delivery times apply as soon as the order is paid in full.

Difference between pickup and installation:

When you choose pick-up, you pick up your kit at our workshop and leave to install it yourself.
- This option is free

If you choose installation, you’ll be given a 45-minute appointment for an in-depth demonstration of how to install and use the kit. You can use this time to ask our team of experts any questions you may have. You’ll also be given the installation guide, so you’ll have all the instructions you need for dismantling and reassembling your kit.
- This option costs $149 for the Minivan and SUV kits.
- It costs $479 for the Pickup kit, as it includes the assembly of the flat-packed components.
