RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

General terms and conditions

You have a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of your item to contact Équipements RoadLoft Inc. (“RoadLoft“) in accordance with the procedures below in order to return or exchange an item. Once this period has expired, unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging and unused in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Only regular-priced items can be returned within the time limit for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable.

When shipping an item as part of a return or exchange, RoadLoft strongly recommends the use of a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and take out delivery insurance. RoadLoft is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

WARNING : The time within which an item is delivered may vary, in particular because of the delivery address. RoadLoft is not responsible for any additional delivery delays caused directly or indirectly by strikes or other pressure tactics by the delivery service provider’s employees.

Reimbursement procedure

For any refund of an item within the time limit, please first contact RoadLoft by email at info@roadloft.com in order to provide details of the issue that justifies your claim, including photographs of the item for which you are claiming a refund and a receipt or proof of purchase.

RoadLoft undertakes to analyze your request transmitted by email within a reasonable period of time and reserves the right to contact you by telephone or email to obtain additional details concerning your request.

Once RoadLoft has completed its analysis of your request, an email will be sent to you to inform you, as the case may be, of the refusal or acceptance (subject to inspection of the item) of your request.

If your refund request is accepted, you will need to send the item to the following address: 695 rue du carbone, Quebec, QC, G2N 2K7.

If inspection of the item for which a refund request is made is not to its satisfaction, RoadLoft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny the refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within twenty (20) business days. You are responsible for all costs incurred to return your item to RoadLoft for refund, if applicable, including, but not limited to, shipping costs. If RoadLoft pays such fees on your behalf, they will be deducted from the credit applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.

If you have not received your refund within the allotted time, please first review the transaction history of your credit card, bank account or original method of payment and then contact the customer service department of the relevant entity to confirm that no transactions are being processed.

If after completing these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@roadloft.com.

Exchange procedure

For any exchange of an item within the time limit, please first contact RoadLoft by email at info@roadloft.com in order to provide the details of the problem justifying your exchange request, including photographs of the item concerned by the exchange request.

RoadLoft undertakes to analyze your request transmitted by email within a reasonable period of time and reserves the right to contact you by telephone or email to obtain additional details concerning your request.

Once RoadLoft has completed its analysis of your request, an email will be sent to you to inform you, as the case may be, of the refusal or acceptance (subject to inspection of the item) of your request.

If the inspection of the item that is the subject of an exchange request is not to its satisfaction, RoadLoft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to proceed with the exchange request.

You are responsible for all costs incurred to return your item to RoadLoft for exchange, if applicable, including shipping costs. If RoadLoft pays such fees on your behalf, they will be charged to your credit card or your original method of payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RoadLoft assumes your shipping charges for any item exchanged due to a defect in the item that is not the result of a breakdown in shipping or transportation.
