To make this possible, we design, produce, and distribute removable conversion kits that instantly transform our customers’ everyday vehicles into campers.
Autonomy is a value as much linked to our product as to the preferred method for supervising our employees. We offer the opportunity to our customers to be autonomous in their way of traveling and to our employees in their way to work. We aim to replace the "do this!" with "what are you going to do and why?". Our goal: to develop a sense of autonomy in carrying out tasks and to facilitate the identification of problematic situations or the creation of solutions. This autonomy is also demonstrated in the flexibility of schedules and taking leave.
Each time Roadloft makes a decision, we must answer yes to the question "Is it good for the environment?". If the answer is no, research will be done and the decision will be reconsidered. Sustainability, ecology, zero waste and circular economy are all elements and concepts that are taken into consideration.
