More specifically, here are the responsibilities and challenges that would await you if you came to join us.

• You will be in charge of all operations departments, that is to say: production, supply, continuous improvement and after-sales service.
• You will follow up with the managers of each department
• You will plan and supervise the optimization of your departments
• You will plan and organize the tasks and responsibilities of your departments
• You will ensure good communication and coordination between your departments
• You will ensure the integration of new products and developments
• You will approve supplier agreements and validate major expenses
• You will lead and guide the improvement of work procedures
• You will ensure compliance with the maintenance program
• You will control and analyze the productivity and performance of your departments (KPI analysis)
• You will produce and present the reports required by the general management
• You will lead the operations committee and participate in the management committee

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Experience in business development, marketing team leadership and customer experience
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing and best practices in customer experience and sales
• Ability to inspire and motivate teammates in the context of perpetual changes inherent in an emerging SME
• Agility to constantly adjust strategies to align with changing market characteristics
• Ability to develop new markets
• Strong skills in content marketing and digital advertising
• Practical experience in copywriting, design, digital campaign management and audience measurement to be able to support marketing advisors and challengers. If necessary, get your hands dirty.

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and direct the implementation of the marketing plan. Measure, assess and realign.
• Plan and lead successful and innovative campaigns
• Ensure respect for the vision, values, mission, lines of communication and positioning of the company in all of its influence
• Target business opportunities and ensure business growth
• Lead marketing, sales and customer experience operations
• Optimize the customer experience and implement best practices
• Coordinate market studies
• Develop partnerships and manage our presence at promotional events
• Develop and retain new customers
• Provide competitive intelligence
• Manage and plan the marketing and customer experience budget

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant fields
• Eight years of experience in strategic marketing and business development, four years in team management
• Professional bilingualism
• Experience in B2C marketing
• Good knowledge of Analytics, Google and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Ability to mobilize
• Be a positive and rigorous leader
• Assets: Knowledge of the American market and Zoho CRM software
